Chora-the old town, Patitiri-the port and the picturesque villages and Byzantine churches with their authentic architecture attract the visitor. The traditional architecture and the temples’ history will impress you while the views from the chapels will add a sense of splendor.

The Information Center for the Study and Protection of the Mediterranean monk seal (Monachus monachus), MOm, which has been operating since 1990 in one of the main buildings of the port in Patitiri. Make your holiday an educational experience and find out about the monk seal, the Marine Park and the action of MOm through the extensive photographic and information materials available.
